After filling neet application form, I got only SMS confirmation but not email confirmation. Is there any issue or I have done some mistake?

There is no issue in it. If you have received the sms and if it clarifies successful submission of form, no need to worry.

It may be an error, you may receive the mail later. There is no issue and nthing to worry.
