Getting medical college does not only depend on neet score it also depends on your reservation category and domicile state. With 472 marks you can get medical college only if you belong to any reserved category. For general category cut off is generally high. Moreover you can get medical college in your domicile state through state quota as state quota cut off is generally lower than All india quota as it depends on top neet score of that particular state. Top neet score of states like Rajasthan Kerala and delhi are high therefore their cut is generally high as compared to other states.
We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.
Here is a tool which can predict college on the basis of neet score. I hope this might help you

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 472, if your category is general, then it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. And that too in all India quota, there are no possibilities. You can apply for state quota, but the scores varies for states. For example, With the score, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges of Karnataka while it is not so in the case of states like rajasthan for which the scores are extremely high. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
