After logging into kea website i am not getting neet registration form ??anyone knows ehats the problem is

Step 1: Registration

Applicants need to click on the link of Karnataka MBBS 2019 application form provided above on this page. The link will direct candidates to the online portal which will have the option to login and register. At first, candidates will be required to click on the option ‘New User - Click here to Register’. The instruction page will be displayed on the screen. Read the instructions and click on ‘Proceed to Apply Online’ option. If the candidate is appearing for 2nd PUC then click on ‘Yes’ button and enter the student number. Now, enter the information asked in the registration page like candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, contact mobile number, email ID, and create the password. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
