Muslim minority reservation is exclusively for Minority Medical Colleges. The Muslim Minority Medical Colleges in Hyderabad are:
Shadan Medical College
Deccan Medical College
If there are any seats left over unfilled after all rounds of counselling, then those seats are fileld through Non Minority Candidates. There is no free seat concept in any of the Medical colleges. The seats are filled on the basis of merit and so 400 will be quite a less score for securing a seat in Muslim Minority colleges, You will need nothing less than 600. And there is no scholarship test for admission to these Colleges. NEET will be the sole entrance examination. Having said that AISEEE is a scholarship exam which covers the education fees for qualified Engineering and Medical Students. Now regarding scholarship, the respective colleges might have scholarship for need and merit based situations.
