Shall I have to pay the fee again for participating in mop up round of state counselling if I already paid fee during 2nd round ?????

Dear Pankaj, the registration fees is a one time fees for all rounds of counselling. This is a non refundable fees. If you get an admission in the first round but you want to attend the 2nd round of counselling, you neednt pay the fees again. The first time fees will be considered good enough.
