after registering for sem 2 in a college can i get tc and take admission in other college in other course

Hello aspirant,
The college transfer protocols differ with respect to universities. Each university will have separate rules in this matter. Usually you can transfer from any college to another, under the same university , before commencement of third semester. But, the circumstances may vary. For example, in Abdul Kalam Technological university, you can transfer to any other college under the same university after first year and be a lateral entry student according to the cut off scores. In Delhi University, the transfer is not so easy. The students need valid reason for changing seats and the permission of the principals of both colleges.
So, find the criteria provided by your university in this regard
