after taking gap in EEE 3YRS, can i study a good course that i get a good salary

If you are saying that you took a gap of three years after your EEE then yes, you can get back on track and opt for a job with a good or reasonable salary. Or you can go for a master's degree if you wish to get a higher paying job. If you are saying that you took a break while doing EEE and did not complete it then you need to finish the course and earn a certificate of you wish to get a job in the same field.
