After the HCL techbee training can we do B.Tech in any college and get a job in any other company also?
As a part of Techbee, we have a very clear career path within HCL. Students can start as a software engineer and they become a senior software engineer then they become techlead, this is the career path and the higher education in BITS and Shastra Universities are aligned with this career path. If students want to switch after higher education and work with HCL, they can. Today in jobs, experience is considered. Education qualifications are asked in the first job. In Techbee students have the first job experience after 12th only and when you move forward their experience will matter.
When students work with HCL through the techbee program, they are working with HCL and earning a stipend and salary as they move along parallely they are studying either at SASTRA or BITS Pilani and they study on Saturdays and Sundays to earn the qualification.
