After which year of 4 year btech Cse course nit,can students apply for off campus placement,if internship and project is done . can students get placed after 2nd year or 3rd year?

If project is done then you must have finished your course as 99% of the Engineering Colleges conduct the project work in 8th Semester.
But coming to the placement issue then you can get get placed in or after 7th Semester i.e when you enter your 7th Semester.
If you are extra brilliant then you can also get the job in 6th Sem itself(off campus).
