Agar mujhe JoSAA ki couselling me seat allot ho jata h to kya fir bhi mai CSAB round me participate kar sakta hu??

Yes, you can definitely go for CSAB counselling after josaa counselling.  Even if you get seat in josaa round and take admission in that, you can go for CSAB counselling.  Your seat will become vacant if you get seat through CSAB. And admission fee will be refunded.

Yes of course you can participate in csab also even if you get a seat in in josaa. Even if you have taken admission in the college you got in josaa you can participate in csab. The choice filling in csab is completely a different part than josaa. You can get better college

You can definitely participate in CSAB rounds even after accepting a seat in JoSAA rounds. It is a very common practice and is one of the reasons for a sudden spike in closing ranks in the very last round of CSAB. Though there are some special rules and procedures to follow to participate in the very last round (like giving some affidavits, etc). I hope it helps.
