Last year, the last rank to get admitted for MBBS seat in government medical college through state quota, general category was 29949 translating to 479 marks. Similarly, the last rank to get admitted to government dental college was 37985 translating to 462 marks.

I would advise you to concentrate more on marks rather than rank since state wise merit list of West Bengal may not show high fluctuations from last year.
