Actually there was no link available for the respective college because there are official sites which can be processed only by the respective authorities and college students of the respective college.
The seats cutoff means you can see there only opening and closing rank.the seats are calculated by rank not by marks and all. They won't mention these many seats only available in our college because every year pass percentage will increase.They may expand there college by this year. if you get the good marks and rank then select the college and join it because these institutions are like first come first serve.
