According to the last year trends and cutoffs and also the increase in number of PG seats, you can get a non clinical branch PG in govt college itself.

Also, private colleges with provide you clinical branches except Radio, Paedia, Ortho but you will have to pay a hefty sum of money which generally ranges from 50 lakhs to 1.5 Crore.
