Since you are from Odisha, your domicile quota will be applicable in NLUO Cuttack. But unfortunately, the college doesn't provide reserved seats for State candidates. Hence, like any other NLU, you can get admission on the basis of your AIR. Your rank is very good and you have a chance with the third or the fourth topmost NLUs. Here are some you can consider -

• NLIU Bhopal - cutoff ranks over the rounds - 355 to 395
  
• NLU Jodhpur - 350 to 400
  
• GNLU Gandhinagar - 450 to 510
  
• RMLNLU Lucknow - 620 to 800
  

These are some of the institutes present at the top of the list which you seem to be eligible for, even if the cutoffs go high this year. If you want to get admission in NLUO Cuttack, you can easily get one as the previous year ranks ranged from 1050 to 1600.
