my clat all India rank is 41k and all India sc rank is 2251 and all India pwd rank is 141 and am from telangana can i get any nlu?

Congratulations o your CLAT score. You do have a good chance to get into certain NLUs with your rank. I am not so sure about your PWD rank allotments. But based on your SC rank you can try the following colleges:
Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai
Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur
DSNLU
You can very well try for more NLUs. You will most probably get one. Good luck!!!
