All the govnt colleges come under pucet or private is also there?

PU CET is a common entrance exam conducted by the Punjab University. Therefore only colleges affiliated to Punjab University can conduct admissions on the basis of PUCET. Therefore it can include both private and government colleges as long as they are affiliated to PU. However, they will not be considered as completely autonomous or completely private since they are affiliated to a government board which sets the rules for the college to follow. There maybe some colleges that are partly autonomous but no completely autonomous college will conduct their admission on the basis of PUCET.
