am dropping my 1 year for clat is it beneficial for the carrer

Yes, ofcourse it will be beneficial if you drop a year and successful get out with best marks in CLAT.

If you think you can't manage CLAT while doing your education,then it's a good idea to drop an prepare for good results.

But, see that you will successfully pass out with best marks rather then Just scoring passing marks and especially see that you will not fail in the examination
.
If you pass out successfully,you will not face any kind of problem. But if you fail or just pass with average marks then, you will get a problem in selecting collges, you have wasted an year, you will get problem in finding a job,you will be a year back from the technological world and so on.

So, think again, if you can score best marks the take a drop.
If you want to just pass then you can even prepare with your graduation or relatable study you are studying.
