Is dropping an year for neet 2020 beneficial for a person with 342 score obc catagory

Its totally depend on your work and pratices you'll be doing for upcoming entrance test 2020.

Though, 342 score is an average score but if you are ready enough for some tough and smart work, then I think it would be beneficial for you to get marks around 570 in 2020 which will also take a lot of practices and patience.

Dropping an year for an extra attempts in competitive exams is the thing most of the people do nowadays but very few of them get good marks or get eligible in the second attempt.

if a student works hard with all his will power and stays focused on his studies then he can get good in second attempt but its only the constant motivation that keeps someone focused on something.

second attempt will be beneficial for you to get good score in neet 2020 but you need to work more harder than you did in the first attempt.

and irrespective of the category anyone can get good marks in neet if he/she works hard and smart.

Why not ? I have known many of my friend who were in the range of 350 marks and dropped a year and next year they were cracking neet with a score of 550+
A score of 342 doesn't mean that you are a bad student.
The only problem might be that you couldn't manage the time and hence it resulted into the low score.
It doesn't mean your concepts are weak, rather your implementation might be a bit low.
Work on these areas this year and crack NEET in 2020 with a bang.
