Am I elibile to write neet examination if I failed in inter second year public examination and clear it in supplementary exam?

if you qualify the exam before the application filled than you apply. also the appearing students can apply this neet ug examination. when you have 12 th board certificate than you can take admission. you need to pass your examination. during admission you need 12th certificate.
