According to Persons with Disability Rights, visual handicap upto 40% is eligible for PWD reservation in NEET. For claiming this Reservation, you need to get yourself examined at any Government Medical College/District Hospital/Government Hospital. You have to get a Disability certificate. Once the results have been declared you have to appear before a Disability Assessment Board for an examination. The list of these Disability Assessment Centers are available in the information brochure of NTA NEET.
