Yes. Process is same as before bifurcation. Before bifurcation Andhra had 3 regions AU, OU & SVU university regions each region had a portion of seats reserved for other 2 regions. Now AU & SVU candidates( predominantly new Andhra) will have seats reserved for them in OU. Please go ahead & Apply.
This eligibility is applicable only for 10 years from the year of state separation.
