Am I eligible to take up JEE advance if I only have written JEEmains paper 2?

Those who are qualified for JEE main papaer 1 can give jee advanced. Because both are gor engineering admission .But paper 2 is for architecture course admission. So if have given only paper 2 then why you will give jee advanced
