Am I supposed to give NPAT even if I want to take up Regular BCom course?

The NPAT exams are conducted by NMIMS University and NPAT is a gateway for admission to BTech, BBA, BSc in economics and finance, BCom (hons) , MBA , MBA Pharma Tech and dual degree BBA and BDes .
So for getting into the university npat is important.
