Among the new IITS where is CSE better Goa or Tirupati?

Both of the IITs are pretty new and are perhaps in the same boat.

As far as Infrastructure or Academic Outlook is concerned IIT GOA overweighs IIT Tirupati as the better IIT. Secondly, College being located in Goa has its own share of virtues and perk, if you know what I mean. Mentored by IIT Bombay, it is one of the front runners among similar IITs at Bhilai, Tirupati and Palakkad.

However as far as CSE is concerned, I believe IIT Tirupati might have slightest advantage when it comes to placements, due to its locational advantage.Being located near to all three IT Hubs at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai, itself opens a sea of new possibilities and prospects in training and placement.

So you may differentiate them in that sense, although both are more or less similar when it comes to CSE. My suggestion would be dont go too deep into the Rankings, choose the one which is in vicinity of your hometown. CSE is a subject, which requires self skills and personal expertise in practice of different technologies more than Academic Outlook or Institute Brand. Do try to cultivate your interest once in College and work on them for the next 4-5 years.
