Printout AP MBBS application form 2020

NEET admit card 2020

Class 10 mark sheet or birth certificate for the verification of birth date

Class 12 mark sheet

NEET 2020 result

Aadhaar card or Passport for NRI candidates

Permanent caste certificate

Minority certificate

PwD certificate

An undertaking signed by parents/guardian on white paper

Declaration signed by candidates

At least two sets of above mentioned documents
