There is no government payment seat system as it is already abolished after NEET. Also, government medical seat is not possible at this score if you belong to general category. However, since you are interested in payment seats, you can think about private colleges. You can get a seat in private colleges, most likely.

At this score it is very low chance to get a Govt college. And no donation for Govt college. Try for private college. Good luck.
