1.play video in 2× speed to it saves your run time and complete video quickly
2.skip the part which is not required or you have already studied.

See usually the video lectures are of span 2 hours but there are many times when the teacher just stands or gives some board work to do. So while doing the class you can adjust the video speed to 1.25x or 1.5x depending on the pace at which you can understand. This will reduce the time of the lecture and you will be do it quickly. After the class read the topic from the book and solve atleast 10 questions so that it gets into your sub-conscious.
