Hello,
These desciplines of engineering have not developed at the equal rate as other branches like CSE and ECE have. Still, there are many institutes especially older IITs which do provide undergraduate course in Environmental Engineering. IITs like Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur, etc provide BTech in this branch and has almost equivalent syllabus. Though it is generally among the low demand branches.
You can take admission in these programm through your JEE Advanced rank which is an exam organised by IIT council for admission in IITs. To give this exam you also need to clear cutoffs of JEE Mains organised by NTA.
