According to NEET eligibility criteria prescribed by CBSE, Minimun marks of 40% needed in Physics Chemistry Biology. From your question I think you have scored more than 45%. So, you are eligible for the NEET exam.

40% is the minimum aggregate score required for an Obc candidate to appear in neet. So, you are above it, and thus eligible for neet.

According to the official nitification of neet ug,the minimum percentage criteria in qualifying exam for giving neet ug exam is 50 percentage aggregate in PCB for general category students and 40 percentage aggregate in PCB for reserved category student.

As you are from obc category, You are surely eligible for giving neet ug exam..

40%is the eligibilty criteria for a student belonging to the obc catagory. This includes an overall aggrsgate in pcb along with lassing marks in the language paper.
With 46% you are eligible provided you pass i English.

As far has eligibility is considered you must hav the minimum percentage specified by NEET, or else you won't be eligible, so make sure you have 50% in case of general category and 45% in case of obc
