Are any chances of neet mds 2019 to get lower? If yes then when will it be announced?

Yes there is a chance of lowering the cut off only if the government seats are not filled completely and that would be done only after counselling.After 1 st round of counselling they would reduce the cut off if the seats are not filled completely but once the seats are full nothing can be done.
