Are ESI colleges are good to join for MBBS? Is it equivalent to govt colleges?

Dear Aakanksha, ESI Medical Colleges are set up by the Central Government Ministry of Labour and are Government Medical Colleges. These colleges are sponsored by Employees State Insurance. These are as like as any Government Medical Colleges. Getting a seat in MBBS in a Government Medical College amongst lakhs of people who write the exam itself is a big feat. So if you get a seat in any ESI Medical College, you should take it up.
