Hey Namrata,
Metallic objects are barred as well as ornaments are barred. As for hair clips, if you need to pin up your hair, I don't think it should pose a problem, as it is not mentioned in the information bulletin under Chapter 11.

No Namrata, no hair clips, specially no metallic object should be carried.
