While applying for NEET UG application form, do the passport size photo also need to have 80% of face or just a normal passport size photo (as mentioned for postcard photo)? Can the photo have border or borderless?

Hello,
For NEET UG you have to give the passport size photo covering 80% of the face with white background and you should mention your name and the date on which the photograph is taken must be mentioned on the photograph. You can give the photo with border or borderless.

Do we need to mention the name and date on the backside of the photo? Do we also need to mention date and name below the postcard photograph?
