There is no technical course of 1 year. You'll get a job only in last year of your course. Following are few colleges offering technical courses in Hyderabad:

It is really difficult to get job in ist year.But you can do certain internships which will help you in earning money and give you industrial knowledge as well as exposure.You can do some training program also which will make your profile stronger and help you in future for getting good job.
