are there diploma pg seats this year?or are they converted to MS/MD?

as per the latest updates in the status of india there has been news of seeds of diploma getting converted into MD and MS
However there has not been any official notice as to whether all diploma CS will get converted into MD and MS seats
it is only by the end of March that the seat matrix of the state and Central level will be declared by the respective authorities that we will for sure get to know what is the status of the diplomacy send whether or not all or some of them are being converted into MD and Ms
