Thanks for ur answer of y there is no evening law colleges anymore. I wanted to pursue law as I liked that subject and thought it would b nice to have it as a profession post my retirement .As  there is no evening college , won’t b able to join a regular college till I stop working .

Glad to know that you are interested in pursuing a career in law domain as you have asked questions regarding the programme.

But before I answer yours, can you answer mine too. Why do you wish to pursue the law programme by evening law colleges? If you can reply this, I may help you further.

Until December 2016, there were three colleges, Ambedkar College in Wadala, Jitendra Chauhan College in Vile Parle and Thane Law College which offered evening law programmes to around 3000 students.

However, they rescheduled their timings after the Bar Council of India sent a notice to them citing that the evening classes run by the law colleges were violating the Legal Education Rules. It also said, "Students who pursue evening programme are not entitled to pursue a law career. The rules are aimed at bringing more ‘seriousness’ to law courses, which are often perceived as a ‘last resort’ by those pursuing higher education."
