Yes, MBBS seats for Kashmiri Migrants are predominantly in ASCOMS (Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences) Jammu. But in some years, a handful of seats in government medical colleges (GMC) of Jammu & Kashmir may also be allotted as per the Kashmiri Migrant quota depending on some notifications by J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) and under the Ministry of Health.
