No you didn't need to provide gap certificate. Just appear in neet and get qualified then you can get admission through counseling.

The only documents that you need for NEET during Document Verification are:

• 8 passport size photographs
• 10th marks sheet
• 12th marks sheet
• Valid Id proof
• NEET 2020 admit card
• NEET 2020 Rank card
• Provisional Allottment Letter
• Category Certificate if applicable
• Domicile Certificate if applicable
• PWD Certificate if applicable

You do not need any Gap certificate.
