As I have not qualified for neetmds so can I be able to register for counseling process or shld wait for revised cutoff

Helloo ..
If you are not qualified for the NEET MDS you can not appear for the counselling.
I request you to wait till revised cutoff , As per my knowledge if they revise the cutoff then they give opportunity for the students who have qualified after revising the cutoff to apply for the counseling..

And wht abt different state counseling registration..? Iam I nt able to do even tht..?if nt qualified

No if you're not qualified in the exam you cannot appear for state counselling also.
