If the seats for reserved category are left vacant then those seats would be allotted to the general category or any other category candidates who are present at the time of admission .

i am bca condidate of telangana. i saw the ts neet counseling 1 colleg wise list. in that list, their r no special category candidates of bca caste. so, is that vaccant special category seats are given to the other bca category candidates in counseling 2 or mop up round?
