Hello,
The eligibility criteria remains same to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs which is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 75% or 65% for SC/ST candidates to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs. This is only to get admission in the above mentioned institutes and you must pass in 10+2 in all subjects. If you have failed in one subject you are not eligible to appear in JEE Main.
