As my marks is 438 in neet. I belong to EWS quota. Can be their any reduction in private colleges fee for EWS students.

Hello,
There are no fees concessions as such in private medical colleges. However there are various scholarships based on family income and merit which you can avail while in college. They demand a specific minimum percentage in each semester.
You will get to know about these once you join the college.
You can also opt for student loan.
