As per supreme court,upper age limit is removed temporarily.So,is age limit still applicable in WB even if age removal is final ?

Dear Ayan, whenever there is a Supreme court order involved, it concerns all the States applicable. So, if the Supreme Court passes a hearing that the age limit has been removed, it is applicable to all the States and Union Territories participating in NEET UG. That also stays with WB. A State cannot have a different rule from the one the Supreme Court has passed.
