Assuming you're a general category student it will be really tough for you to get into government colleges with this rank. However you can apply for counselings and try your luck there.

You should apply for you Home state counseling since the cutoff for home state quota is less and it might increase the chances of you to get into a decent college in desired branch, apart from that states such as Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha take admission through JEE Main ranks through their separate Counselling procedure. You should also apply for JAC Delhi and JAC Chandigarh counselling.
