At NEET application, by mistake we have chosen OBC NCL, and have given the minority certificate RD number. Now u am not able to rectify NEET application. Will i be able to choose General category during MBBS counselling ? How to solve this issue. Please explain.

Yes, it is possible to change your category from OBC-NCL to General during MBBS counseling, even if you initially applied under OBC-NCL in the NEET application. While you cannot change the category on the application itself after the correction window closes, you can typically do so during the counseling process itself, especially if you are no longer eligible for the OBC-NCL category.
