At the time of filling of NEET-2019 form I was in OBC NCL but now at the time of counselling i was in OBC CL so what I do now in counselling

If in the application form you have mentioned obc ncl then during counselling you will be required to produce proper certificate justifying the same. if you fail to produce any such certificate in front of the authorities then you will be considered as an unreserved candidate.
If you have proper certificate stating your obc ncl category then you need not worry in any way.
