Hello Yamini,
You cannot get scholarship if you take admission through B-Category. Candidates who takes admission in A-Category through Counselling can only be able to avail Scholarship benefits it they meet eligibility criteria.
So, you need to pay full fees if you get seat through B-Category. Mostly of the Colleges gives B-Category admission based merit or marks obtained in qualifying exam.
