410 marks may give you all india rank of around 1.1 lakhs according to last year.
For all subcategories of OBC(BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD), chances of getting a free medical seat with this rank is quite difficult even for A-category seats.
But you can try for management quota seats in private medical colleges and central or deemed universities.
Cut off keeps changing every year based on various grounds.
