Being a NEET aspirant, how should i deal with depression?
Hello NEET Aspirants!
Be clear about the NEET is neither end nor only aim of life.
Keep things clear with your parents.
Make yourself busy enough that things like depression or study may not come in your way of NEET 2020 Exam , one can only feel depressed while the concentration is not at the right place.
For that include 2–3 things in your daily schedule-
Talk to your parents on call every day for 5 mins at least.
Devote 5–10 mins for prayer.
15 mins of meditation, this will help you concentrate at the things.
For a timespan, avoid meeting your so-called relatives that only spread negative energies.
