Hello Aspirant,
Based on this score the chances are very less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & State quota seats. You can get a seat in private colleges for MBBS programme. Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment & allotted the seat in any of the college.
